Unveiling the Power of Our Products
During a demo tour in Tuscany from July 3rd to July 7th, a representative from one of our wholesalers plus our European Technical Support Stuart Haig, and National Account Manager for Italy, Federico Conti, conducted 21 visits and demos, resulting in an impressive number of orders. One customer, after a full demo, immediately placed an order, showcasing the effectiveness of our products. Another customer, despite initial hesitation, was impressed by our Fast Cut saw’s performance and committed to replacing their current supplier with Starrett. The demos served as a great opportunity for customers to experience the quality of our Power Tool Accessories firsthand.
Making a Lasting Impression
Throughout the demos, we witnessed several surprising (not to us) reactions from potential customers. One customer was blown away by the ability of our tools to cut through RSJ and instantly, during the demo, placed an order. Another had any doubts removed instantly, leading them to order a full merchandising package on the spot. These real-world examples highlight the lasting impression our demos can make, ultimately leading to increased sales.
Converting to Starrett
During the demo sessions, we spoke with many professionals who were already loyal to other brands. However, our demos showcased the superiority of our products, leaving them amazed and keen to switch to Starrett. A customer who regularly spends hundreds of thousands of euros per year with a wholesaler in Italy has seen just how good our CT Holesaw and BU36T Jigsaw Blades are for cutting plexiglass and fiberglass. As a result, they decided to replace their existing suppliers with Starrett and place a full merchandiser order. This transition not only demonstrates the quality of our products but highlights our commitment to satisfying even the most demanding customers.
